A few years ago when my kids were little we dabbled in some homesteading action. In a 1/4 acre suburban lot. So it was tiny homesteading, nano farming you might say. Anyways fast forward to almost full time working, two kids in school and not tons of extra time and we're at it again!
This time around we are again gardening in our little microclimates around the property, raising egg layer chickens, meat chickens, meat rabbits and now fodder! The rabbits and fodder are the newest addition to our repertoire and with them a bit of a learning curve. Thus the need to document it all in a blog!
